RETURNING CV Softball Association VOLUNTEERS ONLY (Previously Approved to Volunteer with CV Softball Association)
ALL Volunteers for CV Softball are required to register through their CV Softball Account.  It is a requirement from the associations we participate with and a necessary step in the volunteer process!  

State law prohibits the CV Softball Association from allowing any volunteer to begin volunteer service in any capacity who has not completed all background clearance checks required by the Pennsylvania’s Child Protective Services Law.  

CV Softball requires ALL approved volunteers to update their volunteer status each year by completing the Annual Compliance Update, even though the volunteer's certifications documents are valid and have not expired. Once completed and reviewed, the volunteer will again be approved to volunteer for CV Softball for the season / year.  

If you plan on volunteering with CV Softball again this year, please complete the Annual Compliance Update now!

YOU WILL NOT BE APPROVED TO VOLUNTEER WITH CV Softball Association UNTIL THIS UPDATE IS COMPLETED.  Once completed, you will again be approved for the upcoming season.  Click the link below to complete the annual update.  It only takes a few minutes.

An E-mail confirming your completion of the Annual Background Compliance update will be sent to you. 

If you have updated background clearance documentation to send to CV Softball, you will be prompted to enter the information from those documents while completing the Annual Background Compliance Update Form.

Additional Requirement for Little League Volunteers (Up to age 12)

In addition to CV Softball's Background Compliance, Little League's Child Protection Program requires completion of an application and submission of a photo ID (upon initially volunteering - through the completion of the volunteer registration within your account) as well as an annual background check.  CV Softball uses an integrated process with JDP to complete the required compliance. We will contact you regarding any additional needs for this process prior to being approved as a volunteer.
