Please note, due to costs which are planned based on number of individuals registered and expected team counts, the Board has approved the following policy regarding refunds:

90% of registration fee refunded if request is made prior to the initial close of registration.
65% of registration fee refunded if request is made prior to the start of team activities.
0% of registration fee refunded if request is made after the start of team activities.

Final decisions on refunds will be made by the Board upon request only.
