As a result of recent discussions our Board has had regarding the impact of COVID-19 on youth sports activities, CV Softball has made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Spring softball season.  As details continue to emerge regarding the Governor's plan to reopen certain businesses and activities in Pennsylvania, along with ongoing communication from Township staff regarding field availability, it became clear there would not be a path to begin conducting softball activities during the timeframe originally planned for our Spring softball season.

In conjunction with cancelling our Spring softball season, and as previously communicated, we will be refunding 100% of Spring season registration fees paid. More details on refund processing are noted below:

• You DO NOT need to contact CV Softball to receive a refund. Your refund will be processed automatically. 
• Refunds will be processed in the same manner the payment of registration fees were made. If we run into an issue with the original payment, we will contact you before proceeding. Request for refund by means other than the original payment method will not be accepted. 
• Please note that given the volume of refunds our volunteers will need to process, it may take up to two weeks before you receive your refund. The CV Softball account holder will receive an automatic email notification once your refund has been processed. 

Because of the uncertainty around when it will be safe to resume softball related activities, we will not be able to carry any registrations/registration fees over to our Fall 2020 softball season.  We are extremely hopeful that we can begin to open registration for our Fall season on or around July 1st, however, we are unable to make that determination at this time. The CV Softball Board will continue to hold its regularly scheduled meetings and will continue to monitor how COVID-19 may effect our Fall activities and communicate to you accordingly.
